Chocolate & Caramel Steamed Bread

I wanted to make a dessert that didn't knead the truffles into the batter so I scattered pieces of truffle on top.

Since the area where the caramel is will cave in, pour in half the batter first, scatter with caramel, and then pour the rest of the batter on top. This will create a nicer finished product.
You don't need to use chocolate truffles, you can use regular chocolate too and it will still taste delicious. Recipe by mamihide
