Cooking Instructions

Put oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions in a pan and saute it till turns light brown and then add chopped tomatoes,1sp ginger, garlic, and green chili paste and saute for 5 minutes and cover it.

As the above mix gets cooked add milk and cream to it, add garam masala, salt, red chilies powder, turmeric powder, and dhania powder as per your taste and cook for 15 minutes.

Finally, add chopped capsicum and cashew nuts and cook for while and garnish with green coriander.

And serve hot, no one can guess it's a veg of milk and cream it taste so good.
