Then knead the maida dough soft and rest for ten minutes then made small balls From and rolled medium puri.

And some leftover mixed with coco Powder and made balls out of it by adding khoya in it and fried the gujiya in ghee in low to medium flame and kaju katri was made without chasani mixed with powder sugar and some milkmaid.

For binding then cook for two minutes then rolled in the chopping pad in butter paper and after cooling it cut the pieces and garnish with silver paper.
