A quick paneer ball snack recipe with corn and cheese made a day ahead for parties or festivals
Steps

Make slurry with cornflour and maida with little water and a dash of salt

Break the Sevai in a bowl
- 3
In a bowl add grated paneer,cheese,corn, bread crumbs,salt,red chilli flakes,oregano,capsicum,salt etc

Make round balls and dip in slurry and coat with Sevai properly
- 5
Keep in fridge for half an hour and then deep fry on medium heat till golden
