Wash Urad Magar and soak it for 2 hours

After that take rava urad dal green chilli in a mixture jar and grind it well with the help of water

Add salt curd cunin seed 1/2 cup chopped onion coriander leaves and mix it well

Add one to spoil oil in a pan hit it then add choopped onion and fry it till golden brown the red chilli powder coriander powder haldi powder salt and boiled aloo mash it well and keep aside

Take a aape mixture add baking soda and stir it well

Hit the Appe pan spread some oil into at the mixture for appa into the pan and then add small ball of aloo sabji and fry both the sides your aape is ready to serve

Serve it with chutney
