Cooking Instructions

Clean and wash cauliflower. Dry with kitchen towel. And grate it

Add wheat flour in large mixing bowl, add salt and 1 t spn oil in it and knead a soft dough with Lukewarm water.

Heat 1 tb spn oil in kadhai, add cumin, mustard seeds in it, when it crackle add Asafoetida in it.Then add green chillies, ginger paste, curry leaves in it stir it.

Add grated cauliflower in it, mix it well then add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and let it cook.stir in between then add sugar, cumin - coriander powder in it. Again cover and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Off the flame add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool

Pick small ball from dough and roll it. Take small ball from cauliflower stuffing in it. Pack it and again roll it.

Heat griddle and shallow fry paratha pouring oil from sides. Fry crisper

Serve hot with pickle or sauce or chutany.

Ideal for breakfast with tea.
