Soak the dal for 2 hrs

After that grind it by adding ginger garlic green chilli and make a fine mixture

Add spinach coriander leaves red chilli powder salt hing sauf cumin seed sabut coriander mix it well

Add oil into the pan allow it to heat after that small small balls of pakodi mixture is add in the oil and fyr till gol dein brown serve with chutney and sambhar
