Wash ur fish very well with vinegar or lemon until all the mucus is gone

Heat ur pot....add in scotch bonnet, onions, locust beans, vegetable oil, seasonings nd spices

Fry for lyk 3mins...add in water and allow it to boil

Add in ur washed fish cover and allow to boil for 5mins
- 5
Add in ur corn starch (to make it thick) allow to boil for 2mins...serve hot with anything of ur choice
