Frozen Persimmons

#GA4
#week10
This Korean dessert is literally a persimmon that is frozen. A single ingredient dessert that's gorgeous. It's amazingly delicious much like a sorbet but with zero work. Getting your hands on ripe persimmons is actually the hardest part, but they make a wonderful rare dessert. And the best part is that these are just frozen. Nothing more. Nothing less. And the taste is just that of a melt in mouth silky smooth ice-cream to be precise. Done without much work, it's an excellent option for a superb dessert.
