Nowadays we serve some hot savouries along with the usual traditional sweets and savouries for Diwali 🪔.Here is a hot spicy chutney and crispy momos.

Take water in a pan heat it till you see bubbles at the bottom

Now add whole wheat flour and cook for 5 to 10 sec till you bring the flour together

Now knead it on platform till it is a soft dough

To Make the filling-take oil heat it and tip in the chopped ginger garlic cook for a while and add carrot with cabbage salt and black pepper powder. Now add soya sauce and vinegar and dry out the filling on a high flame.

Roll out a bit thin chapati and fill in the above cooked masala.Smear some water on the edges and shape the momos

Make a slurry with chilled water corn flour and maida

Season the beaten rice powder and keep aside in a different bowl

Now dip the momos in corn slurry then roll it in the beaten rice powder and fry it on low to medium heat
