Wash the cauliflower by hot water.

Then,keep them in pot with curd,salt,all masala powder and marinate with rice and corn flour also during 30min

Add coriander leaves and green chilli

Tempt oil and fry them.

Next,add curry leaves in oil with green chill and add a mixture including curd,salt sauces and masala powder.

Add fried cauliflower in it and saute with the spicy mixture and ready for serve with peanut coriander chutney.
