This Fig and Date roll recipe will steal your heart and is perfect for any festive celebration, perfect for healthy winter's. They have no gluten, no sugar!

Crush your choice of nuts. Here, I have taken almonds, cashews, pistachios and walnuts.

Take 1/4 cup of Clarified Butter (Ghee) in a pan and heat on medium flame.

Heat 1/4 cup of clarified butter (ghee) on medium flame.

Add deseeded dates and fig. Make sure you cut them into small pieces. Roast them into ghee for 5-7 minutes or until soft.

Transfer it to a plate and let it come to room temperature. Add roasted nuts and mix.

You can crush big pieces with hands and mix everything well.

Roll them into small balls and serve! Healthy rolls are ready.
