Take a litre of milk in a vessel and boil it. In the meantime, extract the juice of lemon and make the powder of cardamom. After boiling the milk, switch off the flame and add lemon juice to it in the intervals. Stir and mix it well until milk curdles. Filter it using a strainer to separate the chenna from whey. Now wash the chenna using room temperature water. Keep it aside for 5minutes.

Later on add chenna, powdered sugar, Cardamom powder, 1tbsp milk in a mixer jar and whip it for 20 to 30sec.

Transfer the paste equally into 2 separate bowls and add kesar food colour in one bowl and pink color in another bowl. Mix it well.

Take cupcake moulds and apply ghee over it. Add the paste in it as shown.

Take a vessel add 1 to 2 glass of water in it and place a stand or ring cutter at the centre of vessel. Cover and boil the water.

After the water boils, turn the flame to medium low and place cupcake mould in it. Cover it and steam it for 20 minutes

Remove it from the vessel after 20 minutes and let it cool down after cooling it demould the cup cakes
