Chicken smoky Matka biryani

Take oil in pan and onion and fry it.

Add chicken and yogurt and ginger garlic and mix well

Add biryani masala, red chilli, tikka masala and mix it.

Cut tomatoes and add in it

Cover it for 5 minutes

Mix well and add potatoes in it

Cover it and again and cook until potatoes done

Take 2 leter water and boil it with zeera,green chillies, tez patta and salt

Add rice when water boils.

Drain it

Add half rice in pan and add chicken masala, lemon slices

ADD more rice in it.

Add food colour and fried onion in it.

Heat the ghee and add in it

Heat the coal and add in biryani and dum it for 10 minutes

Serves in Matka with salad or raita
