Wash, peel and chop potatoes, Bellpepper, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves.. Keep the ready with raisins.

Wash poha and drain excess water and keep in sieve.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. and add potatoes, Bellpepper, tomato, green chilli and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and cover it and for 5 minutes on low flame.

Add poha and mix well.

Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and Maggi magic masala and mix. Squeeze half lemon and mix.

Decorate with some peaces of tomato and bhujiya and Serve hot poha with sauce or chutney.
