In a pan heat ghee. Add wheat flour or jowar flour and roast till golden brown or nice aroma release on low flame.

Then switch off the flame and add crushed jaggery, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate powder, crushed almonds and cashew nuts and milk quickly. Mix well till jaggery melts.

Transfer into greased thali and spread evenly. Tap with back side of katori and spread evenly. After 4-5 minutes give cut impressions in desired shape.

Garnish with halves of soaked almonds (remove its skin) and colourful balls. Cool down completely. Then separate pieces and enjoy.
