Add water in a cooker and add all the vegetables. I’ve cooked potatoes and capsicum in a different cooker but you can cook everything together. Add 1 tsp haldi, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala. Take 6-7 whistles.

Let the mix cool down and mash it.

In a pan add oil and ghee. Add in the tomato paste and cook till oil separates.

Add onion and garlic paste and cook till oil separates.

Add pav bhaji masala and cook for a minute. You can adjust the taste later.

Add the mashed vegetables. And cook. Add salt and adjust bhaji masala acc to your taste. Add water to adjust the consistency.

Add chopped coriander and it's ready.

Serve hot. You can serve it with pav, parantha, chapati, bread anything.
