For the orange cubes
8-10oranges
1 tspsugar
as neededIce tray
For the juice
8oranges
1tsp sugar
1 pinchblack pepper
as per taste salt

For the orange cubes

Cut the oranges in halves & take out the juice

Strain, add sugar, mix well & pour juice in an ice tray

Put the tray in the freezer & let the juice freeze into cubes

For the juice........... Cut the oranges in halves & take out the juice

Strain & add sugar, pepper & salt as desired

Take out orange cubes from the ice tray & put 1 or 2 cubes in a tall juice glass

Pour the ready juice over the orange cubes in the glass & enjoy chilled, undiluted juice.
