Veg korma
Veg kuruma served with idli, dosa, chappathi...
Steps

Add coconut, Rosted gram and green chilies in a mixer jar and make a fine paste..

Heat a pan... Add 2tbs oil add brinji leaves, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamon and salute

Next add finely chopped onions and salute it untill it turns golden brown.. Then add tomatoes and salute it until it becomes mushy

Now add all veggies and add salt and salute it for 2min
- 5
Next add chilli powder, garam masala,turmeric and Coriander power and gently mix it and add 1cup of water let it boil for 3 min

Now add coconut paste and mix gently mix let it boil for 5 min now add salt... And Coriander leaves

Your veg kuruma is ready serve it with hot idlis, dosa and chapathies
