  • 1raw papaya
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspMustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tspSeasame seeds
  • 6-7curry leaves
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1-2green chillies

  1. 1

    First cut the papaya and Store it in freezer for later use.

    Wen we have to use take out from freezer and use it after 1 boil

    Mash these papaya and put tadka and add all the ingredients and serve either with Roti or Chawal.
