In a pressure cooker, cook the Amla for 2 whistles. Open the lid when it’s get cool. Now remove the seeds and separate the segments. Take a wok add oil and heat it and crackle the fennel seeds and onion seeds.

Now add Amla segments to it and fry them. Now add all the spices except red chilli powder.

Mix well and cook for 3-4 mins. Now add red chilli powder and turn off the flame. Mix well and here it is ready to go with chapatis.
