Mixed Vegetables Kolhapuri
I made this recipe first time.
Steps

Collect all masala together and dry roast all. Powder it.

Collect all vegetables together. Take a pan, add some oil. Once oil is hot saute all vegetables in that except green peas.

Take a pan, add oil. Add multi purpose gravy and asfoitida. Let it cook on low flame for some time. Add Kolhapuri Masala in that. Continue to cook. Add sauteed vegetables in that.

Add green peas, tomato and salt. Add some water and cover it. Let it cook for another 15 minutes or until vegetables get tender.

Add cream and chopped coriander. Serve hot with Chapati or Roti.
