Veg cheese sandwich is a quick and easy snack recipe.

Heat oil in a kadhai add chopped onion, cabbage, carrot saute well, do not over cook.

Add sweet corn to it and saute it.

Add salt, black pepper powder, chat masala, chilli flakes, mix well.

Then add paneer, mix well and Cook it for 2-3minutes.

Take 2 bread slices, in one bread spread some green chutney and in another bread spread some tomato sauce.

Place the veg mixture in one bread top it with grated cheese and cover it with another bread.

Grease pan with butter, place sandwich and apply buter on top of the bread.

Roast on low medum flame until golden crisp.

Veg cheese sandwich is ready to serve.
