Ingredients

  1. Cooked Cowleg
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Garlic
  4. Seasonings and spices
  5. Curry
  6. Peeled potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes into big sizes and boil it with little water.

  2. 2

    Add kpomo (I added with the water I cooked it with for flavors and aroma), grind scotch bonnet with garlic and add.

  3. 3

    Add curry, seasoning cubes and spices. Close the lid and allow to boil for few minutes.

  4. 4
