Qeema Macaroni or Mutton Mince Macaroni

#cookpadindia
It's a favourite of my family and it is the most preferred one at Dinner. And I always make it a point to serve them wholesome meals even if it's Macaroni or Pasta. This one which I have used is Wheat and Semolina Pasta which is absolutely healthy as well as loaded with Protiens and Fiber. I have used Mutton Mince along with all the Veggies that were handy. You can add any of your favourite one's too. And not only that, you can even cook it in Butter instead of Oil. I have used Olive Oil for this one. However you can use any cooking Oil available. That's it. It's done very much effortlessly without much hassles. A perfect meal on a breezy and a cold Winter night. It's absolutely delicious and filling too. I enjoy this with a hot cup of Tetley's Green Tea with Honey and Lemon. Happy Cooking with Zee!

Steps
- 1
Boil water. Let it come to a rolling boil and then add the Macaroni with little Salt and a teaspoon of Olive Oil.
- 2
Drain and keep aside until use. In a pot, heat oil, saute the finely chopped Onions and the Ginger garlic paste with the Spring Onion Greens. Add chopped Tomatoes along with Tomato puree too. Also add Capsicum and Cabbage, both of them shredded. Saute all of that really well.
- 3
After they are sauteed well, add the Mutton Mince along with the masalas. Saute it for about 10-12 minutes. Keep stirring in between. After about 15 minutes of sauteeing and simmering, now it is time to add in Macaroni.
- 4
Give all a good mix. Sprinkle some Oregano and Red Chilli flakes if desired. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot to your families at Dinner. Enjoy!
