Preheat pan and add cooking oil (2-3 tbs)

Sautee garlic and purple onion

Add chicken and fry for about 5 min

Add water, soy sauce and, knorr chicken cube, pinch of salt. Boil.

Add vinegar, mamacita, peppercorn. Cook some more.

Add bay leaves. Add salt (if needed). Boil until you're happy with the thickness of the soup.

Add hardboiled eggs (optional). Serve.
