Start with egg, add your mashed banana and whisk. Add in the Milk then flour keep whisking then add some water as you whisk till you achieve the desired consistency. The batter should not be thin and then again not so thick. Just good enough to scoop with a spoon. Once the batter starts forming the bubbles its ready for cooking

Place your pan on the heat and when its hot reduce and put medium heat and add in your batter. The bubbles are an indication its time for you to turn the pancake and thats how both sides turned out for me

Can be served with tea or juice
