Stir Fry Chicken and Veggies

This chicken and vegetables stir fry recipe is one of my all time favorite. It is easy to make and you can use whatever vegetables you have. It tastes wonderful however we we alter the ingredients. The stir fry pieces of chicken and veggie in a garlic ginger soy sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

This chicken and vegetables stir fry recipe is one of my all time favorite. It is easy to make and you can use whatever vegetables you have. It tastes wonderful however we we alter the ingredients. The stir fry pieces of chicken and veggie in a garlic ginger soy sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Marinate chicken pieces with 1 tbsp Cornflour, vinegar, salt and pepper for half an hour

Cut capsicum, onion and green onion into sliced.

In mixing bowl take freshly grated ginger and garlic 1 tbsp each. Add Suree Soy Sauce, hot sauce, chicken stock or hot water black pepper, chilli flakes and 2 tbsp corn flour mix everything like a sauce.

In pan take oil add 1 tsp grated Garlic now add chicken pieces. Cook from both side. Now add sliced veggies. Add salt and stir fry the chicken and veggies.

Pour the sauce into the pan and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar. Turn down heat and let stir fry simmer until the sauce thickens and is well incorporated with the remaining ingredients. Garnish with green onion and sesame seed before serving.
