Ingredients

  1. 10 1/2 ozchicken thighs, cut into small pieces

  13. 5shallots, sliced
  14. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  15. 3 1/3 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  16. 2 tablespoonssweet soy sauce
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Pepper to taste
  19. Garnish:
  20. Lime, Green onions
  21. Lime Leaf Rice Ingredients:
  22. 1 1/4 cupswhite rice (about 8 3/4 oz)
  23. 2 tablespoonspalm oil
  24. 2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
  25. 6lime leaves, sliced
  26. 1 tablespoonmargarine
  27. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  28. 1/4 teaspoonsugar
  29. 1/8 teaspoonpepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the chicken with the marinade ingredients: garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, egg, and cornstarch. Stir well and let it sit for a while.
