Steps

Take a bowl, add chicken, eggs, salt, chilli flakes, plain flour and chilli sauce in it and mix nicely.

Now add onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage and coriander and mix it well.

Take a small portion of the mixture and roll into a small ball. Press between your hands to flatten it a little. Make all kebabs in the same way.

First dip it in beaten egg then roll it in bread crumbs.

Add little oil on a pan, and shallow fry the kebabs on medium heat. Until becomes nice golden brown.

Egg Kababs are ready. Serve with some mayo, ketchup or any dipping sauce you like.
