Ingredients

45 minutes
5 servings
  • 3,eggs (hard boil) (chopped)
  • 1 cup,chicken boneless (boiled and chopped)
  • 1,onion (small, chopped)
  • 1,tomato (small, chopped) (remove seeds)
  • 1,red capsicum (small, chopped)
  • 1,green capsicum (small, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup,cabbage (grater)
  • 1/4 cup, fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • 5 tesp, plain flour (maida)
  • Salt, as taste
  • 1-1/2 tesp, chilli flakes (or as taste)
  • 1 tesp, chilli sauce
  • 1,egg (beaten for cotting)
  • Bread crumbs, as required
  • Oil for shallow fry

Steps

    Take a bowl, add chicken, eggs, salt, chilli flakes, plain flour and chilli sauce in it and mix nicely.

    Now add onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage and coriander and mix it well.

    Take a small portion of the mixture and roll into a small ball. Press between your hands to flatten it a little. Make all kebabs in the same way.

    First dip it in beaten egg then roll it in bread crumbs.

    Add little oil on a pan, and shallow fry the kebabs on medium heat. Until becomes nice golden brown.

    Egg Kababs are ready. Serve with some mayo, ketchup or any dipping sauce you like.
