Ingredients

  1. Gramflour 1 cup
  2. 1/2 cupRice flour
  3. 3-4 tbspGreen onions
  4. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 tbspGreen chillies
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Salt as per your taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilliy powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonAmchur powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  12. 5-6 tbspWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add Finely chop green onions

  2. 2

    Add gram flour and rice flour to it.

  3. 3

    Mix it well.

  4. 4

    Add all the spices and salt.

  5. 5

    Mix it well and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    You will find the batter will become little moist so at this point if you want you can add 2-3 drops of water to make the batter more soft.

    Now the batter is ready take a frying pan and heat oil in it.

  8. 8

    Add the Bhajiya mixture slightly into the oil.

  9. 9

    Deep fry it both the sides and make it crisp.

  10. 10

    Bhajiya is ready.

  11. 11

    Serve it hot and crisp.
