Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhole moong
  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. 2 tbspsemolina
  4. 3/4 inchginger
  5. 6-7green chillies
  6. 1 cupcoariander leaves
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 2 tspoil

    Soak whole moong whole night. remove water and keep it in mulmul cloth and let the sprouts come out.

    Take 2cups moong sprouts blend with coariander leaves,ginger, cumin seeds, green chillies.make thick paste.add rice flour and semolina along with salt mix well and keep aside for ten minutes.

    Heat dosa tawa apply some oil. Add little water to adjust consistency of batter. spread dosa on the pan.on low flame allow it to cook.

    Take out from tawa and serve with chutney and tomato sauce.very healthy and tasty recipe. do try this recipe.
