2 cupflour
1big ripe banana or an over ripe on
1 tspbanana essence (optional)
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 cupmelted margarine
1/2 cupsugar
2eggs
Milk

In a bowl whisk, mashed banana, margarine and sugar then add eggs and whisk them well.

Add flour and baking soda in batches and combine well alternating with milk.

Scoop the butter in the lining and bake in a preheated oven at 190 for 30min.

Enjoy when cooled
