Ingredients

  • 2 cupflour
  • 1big ripe banana or an over ripe on
  • 1 tspbanana essence (optional)
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupmelted margarine
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • Milk

    In a bowl whisk, mashed banana, margarine and sugar then add eggs and whisk them well.

  2. 2

    Add flour and baking soda in batches and combine well alternating with milk.

  3. 3

    Scoop the butter in the lining and bake in a preheated oven at 190 for 30min.

  4. 4

    Enjoy when cooled
