Ingredients

4-6 servings

2 tspGelatin Powder
1/4 CupWater
300 gMango
2-4 tbsphoney
1/3 CupWhipping Cream
1/3 CupBoiled/Hot Water

Add 1/4 cup water in a bowl. Pour in Gelatin Powder and let it sit for 10 mins.

In a blender, blend mangoes, honey, whipping cream.

Pour hot water into gelatin and mix.

Add Gelatin powder and mango mixture to a saucepan and heat.

Add a few drops of lemon juice.

Chill Overnight or Freeze for 2 hours
