Ingredients

  • 2ripe banana
  • 5 tspsugar
  • 2 tspfennel seeds
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 2big tsp maida/refined flour
  • 2 tspsaunf
  • 2-3 tspmilk
  • 2big tsp semolina
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3 cupOil
  • as per needOil

    In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add the wheat flour, rice flour, semolina, salt, baking soda, milk and crushed fennel seeds. Give it a mix to bring it all together.

    Place a heavy bottom pan on medium heat and pour enough oil to reach 1½ inch height from the bottom of the pan. Once the oil heats up drop down them in the oil

    Toss them in oil for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the fritters turn golden brown in color.

    Toss them around for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the fritters turn golden brown in color.

    It's ready to serve.
