Ingredients

20-25mins
12 servings
  • 400 gplain flour
  • 200 gcaster sugar
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2large eggs
  • 250 mlmilk
  • 150 mloil
  • 12 tbspjam

Steps

20-25mins
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven 180°c

  2. 2

    Put dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well

  3. 3

    Put wet ingredients into a bowl and whisk together

  4. 4

    Add the wet to the dry and mix to combine dont over mix it

    In muffin cases add 1 tbsp of batter,then add 1tbsp of jam,finely top with remaining batter

    Bake for 20 -25 mins until golden and allow to cool slightly...enjoy
