  1. 1chicken breast
  2. 2 slicesbacon or 1 sliced sausage
  3. 1 tbspoil if use sausages
  4. 1 cupwhite rice
  5. 2 tablespoonsstuffed or pitted olives
  6. 1 tablespooncapers or black olives
  7. 2 tablespoonsraisins
  8. 1 cupchicken broth
  9. 1/4 cupred wine or more chicken broth
  10. 1/2chicken cube
  11. 1red pepper
  12. 1/4onion
  13. 1 clovegarlic

Cooking Instructions

preparation time ; 20 minutes

    Cut the chicken into medium pieces.

    In a pan, cook the chicken with the chopped bacon and oil if use sau, until golden brown.

    In a pot sauté the onion, garlic, red pepper and garlic, all chopped. Once ready, add the chicken.

    Put the chicken stock and half a cube, mix well.
    Place the capers,olives, raisins, rice, stir fry with chicken and wine.

    Stir carefully and cover it.
    Let it cook for about 6 minutes.
