Fry digestives in bit of sugar and butter or just mix butter into it

Whisk cream cheese, double cream, sugar and vanilla extract until thickened and whipped

Add biscuit to bottom of cupcake liner then add cheese cake on top then freeze for 30 minutes
- 4
Fry butter and sugar then add strawberry's and blueberries until softened. Add creme de cassis
