4potatoes
1/2onion, diced
1/2red, green or yellow bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonbutter
Oil for frying
Taste salt and ½tsp black pepper

Peel, wash and dice potatoes into small chunks. Deep fry them

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add onions, lightly cook them then add bell peppers.

Add potatoes, salt and pepper and serve
