Steps

Take a heavy-bottomed pan on the stove. Now add semolina add water to cook until they turn into a dough form.

Let sit until cool down, now take another pan add some oil when oil gets heated add cumin seed and onions.

Saute them until they translucent now add all spices turn off the flame.

Now add prepared semolina daugh into it mix well lastly add coriander leaves and mix again.

Now shape cutlets of your choice and deep fry it's ready to serve.Serve with chutney or tea.
