Instant Cocoa and Coconut Balls

#cookpadindia
A simple yet an elegant Dessert to blow you off your feet on any occasion or for that matter, an instant Dessert after dinner for your family. Create magic with this stunner. You can use any of your favourite Dry fruits. I have used Dry Coconut or Khopra for this but Dessicated also works fine. Butter can be also be used in place of Ghee. A perfect No Cook Recipe for a perfect Dessert on any given day to be enjoyed with your loved ones and friends. Fresh Coconut can also be used but it needs to be roasted dry before using to reduce the moisture content. Anyways this taste awesome with Dry variety of Coconut only, so use only that for a better experience. Happy No Cooking with Zee!

Banana Balls Banana Balls
This is one of my own recipes. I bake sweets which are easy to make and use minimum ingredients. Also, of course, recipes which make kids happy! You can substitute condensed milk with 1 tablespoon of honey. It will have the same look, but the texture and flavour will be different. Honey makes balls with a stickier texture and also adds flavour. Either way, these balls are not so sweet and I recommend using sugar for coating such as powdered sugar or brown sugar.Remember that the sweetness also depends on the banana. So please adjust according to your own taste. For 24 balls. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

This recipe for Amaranth laddoo is nothing like the traditional one. It has only 3 main ingredients: amaranth, dates and almonds! It is soft and sticky with a little bit of bite from the amaranth and crunch from the almonds. I have used just dates for sweetening so it’s refined sugar free! It’s quick and easy to make and is a perfect dessert option especially for those who cannot consume much sugar, diabetics etc.Include them in your or your children’s lunch box.http://www.theculinarytrail.com/vegan-amaranth-dates-and-almond-laddoo-recipe The Culinary Trail -
Healthy, Simple, and Delicious Milky Ganache Healthy, Simple, and Delicious Milky Ganache
I wanted to use milk instead of heavy cream. For the mold, use any size. If it's too big, the pieces will come out too thin. With this amount, a length of 6-10cm is probably best. You could also use dark chocolate. If you don't have any honey, use condensed milk or starch syrup. Or, if you prefer, omit the sweetener, but it might not be sweet enough. These are bitter, so dust off the excess cocoa powder. Recipe by Hyo-mi cookpad.japan
