Firstly, take dates on a plate then remove the seeds & grind it a little amount in a jar until the dates become smooth. In the same process grids, all dates now transfer on a plate.

Kadhai put on the flame when heat up adds poppy seeds roast few a min.

Now in the same kadhai add mawa saute few min add sugar saute until dry add half cardamom mix properly now place it on a plate.

Now in the same kadhai add 1/2 tsp ghee add dry fruits roast for a few sec.

Now, add remaining ghee add grind date saute until it's consistently thick add dry fruits mix properly.

Now take a foil paper place on flour grease ghee on it sprinkle poppy seeds add roast dates on poppy seeds spread rectangle shape With belan now add mawa spread on spread dates.

Now roll it wraps it tidely.

Now keep in a freeze to set at least 5 hours.

After 5 hours open the wrap then cut it half an inch.

Now arrange it serving tray.
