Recipe
1.fry the rupchand fish(7-8 peices)
2.don't fry too much or else the actual taste of the fish will not remain in the curry.
3.for the curry paste fennel seeds and 2-3 red chillies.
4.add mustard oil in a kadai.
5. Add 4-5 finely chopped onion, one medium sized tomato and sliced capsicum*** (4-5 peices)
6. Add regular spices and stir. - 2
7. Add 1/2 cup curd
8. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice.
9. Add the fried fish.
10. Boil for 10 minutes and add coriander leaves, 3 green chillies and the mixture of fennel seeds.
11. Add ghee(1/2) spoon and 1 spoon Bengali garam masala.
12. Turn off flame and rest for 30 minutes.Serve with hot steamed rice.
***Capsicum (optional)
