Roll ki crispness zada time tak increase rakhni ho to roll ko medium flame par deep fry karen. High flame se just upar ki surface crispy rehti hai jab k andar se wo soft he rehta hai. Medium to low flame par deep fry karen aur roll ki patti ki folding zada honi chahiye. ik fold hone se b roll ki crispness kam rehti hai.

Chicken ko wash kar k lehsan, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli aur salt k sath cook krlen.

Cabbage ko cut karlen. aur matar k sath light fry krlen.

Gajar add kar k light fry krlen.

Onion add kar k thora cook karen.

Chilli sauce add kar k cook karlen.

Soy sauce add kar k achi tarha mix kar lein.

Boiled egg chop kar k add karen.

Ab tamam cheezon ko ik sath mila kar 5 min cook karen.stuff ready hai
