  • 55 gmssugar
  • 55 mlwater
  • 200 GMsplain chocolate broken into peices
  • Selected seasonal fruits cut in big sizes
  • TspVanilla extract

  1. 1

    Heat sugar and water until sugar melts and resemble to a golden syrup

  2. 2

    Melt chocolate in Microvave or double boiler... add the sugar golden syrup and make it a smooth sauce...add a bit of vanilla extract

  3. 3

    Serve this hot sauce with fruit platter
