Boil potatoes in preaurre cooker with one whisle

Soak sabudana in water for about 4-5 hour

Peel of potatoes skin mash it and add into flour

Now add soaked sabudana and salt as per your taste

Now add water to make creamy daugh

Now makes small balls of this mixture and shape into tikki

Now add oil in kadai when oil heat properly add tikki and cook for about 5-7 minutes at least

Tikki release aroma and colour now remove it and serve with dahi.
