Peel your yam and cut into small chunks put to boil until soft then smash the yam

Add all the ingredients maggi salt and ur grated pepper and onions mould into balls put into dry flour

Break ur egg in a clean container heat ur oil when its hot dip ur flour covered ball into the egg and fry

Drain in colender when its golden brown u can take with tea or drink of ur choice
