Cut saag and palak or batho and wash very well. And cut onion ginger garlic tomato. In pressure cooker cook on flame.

When saag starting boil add onion tomato ginger garlic paste and green chillies. When cook well blend in blender.

In pan add red chilli 1and half spoon salt red chili flakes and garam masala when ready add saag and cook well. Ready to eat.
