Steps

Heat oil in a pot n fry onions till golden brown.

Now add cumin seeds, red button chillies & curry leaves.. saute for a min than add ginger garlic paste n saute till aroma comes out. Than add turmeric powder, red chilli flakes n salt n fry.

Now add potatoes n fry, than add peas n tomatoes..mix n cover the lid until tomatoes softened.

Now add carrots, mix n again cover the lid... cook it on low flame for 7 to 10 mins.

Now add fenugreek leaves, mix n again cover the lid... cook it till water dries up.. I the mean time keep stirring time to time.

In last add green chillies n cook for another 4 to 5 mins. Ready to eat with paratha, chapati or even with daal chawal. Enjoy !
